At my practice, I specialize in providing individual therapy tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional distress or looking to explore personal growth, my approach is designed to support you every step of the way.
What I Offer:
Individual Therapy:
- Focused, one-on-one sessions to address a wide range of concerns, including depression, work stress, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, body image issues, low self-esteem, and more.
- A compassionate, judgment-free environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
- Psychoanalytic insights and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting change.
Telehealth Sessions
I currently provide therapy sessions exclusively via telehealth. This convenient option allows you to access professional support from the comfort and privacy of your home, without the need for travel or interruptions to your schedule. All you need is a secure internet connection and a quiet, private space.
Session Fee and Insurance
- My standard session fee is $140. I understand that financial circumstances vary. If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out to discuss possible options.
- I am a Medicare provider. While I do not accept other insurances directly, I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (also known as a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network coverage and reimbursement options.
Why Choose Individual Therapy?
