Who do you work with?
I provide therapy exclusively for individuals aged 16 to 80. My clients come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of concerns, from managing anxiety and depression to navigating life transitions and improving self-esteem.
What types of therapy do you provide?
My practice is rooted in psychoanalytic principles, which help uncover and address the deeper patterns underlying emotional and behavioral challenges. Sessions are individualized to meet your specific needs and goals, blending openness, empathy, and practical tools for growth.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes! I currently provide therapy sessions exclusively via telehealth. This flexible option allows you to access support from anywhere, provided you have a stable internet connection and a private space to talk.
What is your session fee?
My fee is $180 per session. Payment is due at the time of your session.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly. However, I will provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. Please contact your provider to confirm your coverage and reimbursement options.

What is your cancellation policy?
